Dr. Lockette is a graduate of Auburn University and the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery internship and a residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Louisville. Dr. Lockette is board certified Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. In addition to his medical training and ten years of private practice experience, Dr. Lockette earned a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and worked for three years as Chief Medical Officer in a large hospital system. While in business school, he and Jonathon Osborne met and subsequently came up with the concept of Integrity Family Care.
Dr. Lockette lives in Huntsville, is married, and has two children. In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys running and working out. To maintain his clinical proficiency, Dr. Lockette also works in several local Emergency Departments.
Ashley Burchfield, M.D. is a board certified family medicine physician, practicing in North Alabama since completing her training at Tuscaloosa Family Medicine Residency in 2001. She graduated cum laude from Auburn University in 1993, then attended the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine from 1993 to 1995. She moved back home to Huntsville in 1995 to be near her mother who was battling cancer, and completed medical school at UAB School Of Medicine- Huntsville campus, in 1998. She enjoys and is very committed to caring for her patients, and is especially interested in preventive health care, nutrition, fitness, and learning more about the growing fields of integrative medicine and obesity management. She also is honored to serve as board members of both Madison Hospital and First Community Senior Select.
When not in clinic she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 sons, volunteering at her church, exercising and traveling.
Dr. Annsley Noterman graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Education before attending Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland for medical school. Upon graduation, she moved to Huntsville to complete her residency at UAB Huntsville's Family Medicine Residency Program.
Originally from a small town in the Jacksonville, FL area, Dr. John Nall graduated from University of Florida in 2008 where he met his wife and business partner, Dr. Annsley Noterman. Together, they gained experience in nutritional counseling for several years before attending Poznan University of Medical Sciences in Poland. Upon graduation, he moved with the newly-expanded family, to Huntsville for residency training at UAB Huntsville’s Family Medicine Practice. Dr. Nall’s prior ventures in the field of health education reflect an abiding interest in the integration of nutrition and lifestyle modification into his medical practice.
When not in clinic, Dr. Nall enjoys hiking, camping, auto work, and simply spending time with Dr. Noterman and their three children.
Dr. Tommie Matthew Robinson, III is a Family Medicine physician who aims to help patients achieve a higher level of health. Dr. Robinson was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. He gathered his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana before attending medical school at the UAB School of Medicine. He has been serving patients since age 17 when he started as a CNA. Locally he has served with Huntsville Hospital Physician Network, Happi Health, American Family Care, and Central North Alabama Health Services. Dr. Robinson was married for 14 years, but he is now a single father of 3 children, Briana, Brandon, and Bennett Robinson. Dr. Robinson enjoys traveling, writing, live music, sports, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Robinson is grateful to serve the patients of North Alabama and beyond.
Katie Band, CRNP, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from UAH in 2017. Katie worked as a registered nurse at the Pediatric Emergency Room at Huntsville Hospital. She completed her clinical training at several primary care clinics in the Huntsville and Decatur area. Katie’s focus as a Nurse Practitioner is improving the health of her patients through education, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband and dog around the Tennessee Valley. She also enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her family.
Laura Roche, APRN, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Auburn University, followed by her Master of Science in Nursing at Texas Woman's University in Houston. Her clinical training during graduate school took place at the downtown Houston Medical Center. Laura's prior experience includes more than six years as a Nurse Practitioner treating acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan. Before becoming a Nurse Practitioner, her experience included ambulatory surgery, pediatrics, and aesthetics.
In her free-time, Laura enjoys traveling, medical missions, and any outdoor activity. What she enjoys most, however, is being with family – especially her husband and two sons.
Ashley Jae graduated cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville, earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Old Dominion University in Virginia, and is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. Ashley is passionate to partner with her patients to provide individualized care so they have an optimal quality of life.
She is married to a supportive husband whom she has three children with, Harrison, Grace, and Reagan. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, involvement with her church, and is committed to traveling and culture. Her lifetime goal is to be a part of Doctors Without Borders.
Katie Koshofer is a physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Originally from Oxford, MS, she received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Mississippi College in 2001. She attended Emory University Medical School’s physician assistant program, where she graduated with honors in 2006. After working in the greater Atlanta area for over ten years, her family moved to Madison in 2017. Katie has solely worked in primary care, managing chronic conditions and treating acute injuries and illnesses. She enjoys family practice because of the opportunities to build relationships and empower patients. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their health, especially through lifestyle choices and nutrition.
Outside of the office, Katie stays busy with her family. She is married with three young children. She enjoys exploring their new city together.
