How do I set up an account in the online Patient Portal?
If you have called our office and scheduled an appointment, and you provided us with an email address, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your account. Let us know if you have not received your welcome email.
If you have not yet contacted us, but would like to set up your account, please open the patient portal and look for the "Pre-Register" link below the login form. Follow that link and set up your account as instructed. We will review and activate your account.
