Dr. Tommie Matthew Robinson, III is a Family Medicine physician who aims to help patients achieve a higher level of health. Dr. Robinson was born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama. He gathered his B.S. in Chemistry from Xavier University of Louisiana before attending medical school at the UAB School of Medicine. He has been serving patients since age 17 when he started as a CNA. Locally he has served with Huntsville Hospital Physician Network, Happi Health, American Family Care, and Central North Alabama Health Services. Dr. Robinson was married for 14 years, but he is now a single father of 3 children, Briana, Brandon, and Bennett Robinson. Dr. Robinson enjoys traveling, writing, live music, sports, and spending time with family and friends. Dr. Robinson is grateful to serve the patients of North Alabama and beyond.

Dr. Gafford is a Board Certified Family Physician who strives to help patients reach their health and wellness goals. Dr. Gafford was born in Memphis, Tennessee and grew up in NorthEast Arkansas. She completed her undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Mississippi and received her medical education and residency at the University of Tennessee at Memphis. She has over 20 years of practice experience. When she is not busy caring for the needs of her patients, she enjoys family time, fitness activities, and cooking up new recipes.
Katie Band, CRNP, is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing from UAH in 2017. Katie worked as a registered nurse at the Pediatric Emergency Room at Huntsville Hospital. She completed her clinical training at several primary care clinics in the Huntsville and Decatur area. Katie’s focus as a Nurse Practitioner is improving the health of her patients through education, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and disease management.
In her free time, Katie enjoys hiking and kayaking with her husband and dog around the Tennessee Valley. She also enjoys traveling, attending concerts and spending time with her family.
Lindsey is a physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Originally from Nashville, TN, she attended Harding University, where she graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology, followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. During that time, she also lived in Zambia, Africa, for 3 months and was able to earn a Minor in Medical Missions. She is happily married to her college sweetheart, and they moved to Madison in 2018. They love the Huntsville area and look forward to building their family here. In her free time, she stays busy running, hiking, and playing tennis. She most enjoys time spent with family and friends. She’s excited to be a part of the Integrity Team!
Katie Koshofer is a physician assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Originally from Oxford, MS, she received her Bachelor of Science in biology from Mississippi College in 2001. She attended Emory University Medical School’s physician assistant program, where she graduated with honors in 2006. After working in the greater Atlanta area for over ten years, her family moved to Madison in 2017. Katie has solely worked in primary care, managing chronic conditions and treating acute injuries and illnesses. She enjoys family practice because of the opportunities to build relationships and empower patients. She is dedicated to helping patients improve their health, especially through lifestyle choices and nutrition.
Outside of the office, Katie stays busy with her family. She is married with three young children. She enjoys exploring their new city together.
